Really dissatisfied with the service . It has being 5 days. My parcel has being not yet delivered.

I am extremely disappointed with Domex Courier Service. My letter was stuck at the Narahenpita branch for 13 days without being delivered, and there was no attempt to inform the sender. The staff are irresponsible and the service is completely unreliable. This delay wasted my time and caused unnecessary frustration.
Domex has proven to be a poorly managed and unprofessional courier service. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable delivery service.
