    Poor customer service of Samsung Service centre.

    I bought a Samsung A05S 6Gb ram and 128 gb internal memory from singer Kalutara branch. From several days of purchase my voice cannot be heard by the other party in several occasions during calls. Thinking of signal issue I disregarded that. As the condition worsened I handed over the phone for repair. They sent it back to me after 3 weeks with cracked tempered glass and scratches which I noted after going home and did nothing. The issue has not been settled and again I handedover for repair. Then I received the phone again with ram of 4gb after 3 weeks. I asked for a new phone and made request through singer saying that they have deliberately exchanging parts during services. They denied it after more thank one month and send back the same phone after upgrading the ram. This was a horrible experience from both singer and Samsung. Please never buy Samsung phones from Srilanka paying more for those companies. They have very poor quality customer care and rude communication.

    Disappointed with the Samsung Galaxy flagships: Poor Durability and Customer Service

    I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S22 5G by pre-ordering it in March 2022 for LKR 250,000. During the warranty period, the phone worked perfectly without any issues. I took good care of it, ensuring it was never exposed to water damage or drop damage.
    However, in April 2024, a green line appeared on the screen for no apparent reason. I have contacted Samsung for a solution for few times, but they were unhelpful and simply directed me to visit their main service center. When I finally went there, they demanded LKR 70,000 to replace the screen, which I believe is a manufacture fault not a fault in my side.
    As of now, I’m writing this review on my Samsung Galaxy S22 5G with ten green lines on the screen. I am extremely disappointed with the Samsung brand and their customer service in Sri Lanka. They wasted my time and provided no satisfactory solution. I strongly advise against buying Samsung flagship devices. Why should we pay such high prices for their premium products if they only last one or less than two years?
