    Poor service.
    specially at Battaramulla Branch.
    went to get a new card for my lost card waiting nearly one hour nothing happened. when request with staff they have no idea

    Sampath bank Thalawatugoda branch.

    Extremely unorganized. People just walk over to counters. If you’re not one of the picky people you can just wait there for hours without any service.

    Poor Customer service.. Gampaha super branch has very poor customer service. Even though the digital banking of sampath is great, it takes long time to provide customer service in Gampaha super branch. When it comes to withdraw a FD, have to visit the branch as no other optoin is available now. Have to take a token and wait for hours to reach a customer service officer. They don’t mind about the long queu, and take a long time. It was like waiting in an OPD of a public hospital. Experienced serveral times and thought of moving to another bank. May be a HR issue or a management issue. However, Head office management can check the CCTV and see the reality.

    I’ve been member since 2017. I have account at mannar branch but mannar branch customer service was zero. I never ever had such experience before even I talk with authorization officer she speaking very rude way. so we don’t want account from sampath bank.
    know me and my brother also cancelled our accounts.please consider our complaints. everyday this is happening in mannar Sampath branch

    Bad customer service

    Very disappointed about online customer service. They have option to activate online banking feature, but when Trying to do that, page got stuck. And after writing to them by email, no action taken by them or any reply.

    Horrible service

    I have an incredibly frustrating experience with this bank. I transferred money to place a fixed deposit(not a large sum) an entirely legitimate transaction and the bank has frozen my account for an AML check. Despite a meeting with the head office, they continue to hold my funds for few weeks without clear justification. As a professional, I find it unreasonable and the bank officers are not sensible enough to understand the customer profile and doubt FD proceeds coming from another reputable bank. Moreover,these funds were first deposited to my spouse’s Sampath account and she faced no AML check.The lack of responsibility, not empathetic towards client’s concern and delays in resolving this issue are completely unacceptable and I never experienced in other banks.

    The Sampath Vishwa is worst banking app ever nowadays so difficult to log in.. Facing lot of difficulties log into these days.. Love sampath bank but make this app more user for customer sake.. I mean what’s with you guys I thought you guys were the best at bank sector pls repair this Viswa app more user friendly
