Unprofessional and Disappointing Customer Service
I contacted Pan Asia Bank on October 30, 2024, and followed their customer service officer’s advice to send a written email regarding a waiver of late payment fees on my credit card. Despite this, I have not received any response. I want to emphasize that I do not necessarily require the waiver, but the bank should provide a clear “yes” or “no” as a matter of basic professionalism. Ignoring customer emails is unacceptable for a reputed institution like PABC. I strongly urge the bank to address such lapses in customer service.

Bad customer service i have ever had from a bank. Though the Central bank reduced the interest rate of the loans, they refused to reduced the rate upon continuous request. And i cant even imagine how they calculate the interest. Worst bank in Sri lanka.

There’s no link between customer service call centers and actual work force.
They never do what promised ..3rd class bank..

Worst credit card service ever.
Sold me the credit card stating it is a lifetime fee waiver card for my professional qualifications. But in the next year they add annual fee. When I try to call it was very difficult to contact. finally informed. thay said it will be corrected. but it never happened.

Kalubowila branch is ane of the worst branches. only the Manager was hunan and there was a lady I rhino she may be the assistant manager or so e executive shehumilates people to cover their inefficiency. when we are in need we seek assistant from banks and the staff are getting their salaries from our money but they act like they are the owners and we are bwggers who have come to beg. I will never recommend this bank to anyone. if the Management doesn’t rectify these they soon will loose more customers. I was at the bank for almost 2 hours

Pan Asia Bank service is worst also kotahena branch pawning staff girl can’t know how to handle a customer’s and she is think its like her own branch this is a second time I’ll given this review
