I ordered on 15.04.2025 at 8.30 and paid through my card online. they charged and at the last moment after 35 minutes they cancelled the order. today its 18th till today no response no refund for the cancelled order. no help to refund the money paid. no help for the customers! ITS NOT FAIR TO CHARGE IF THE FOOD IS NPT DELIVERE

poor service quality. The food takes much longer than what would’ve taken had you ordered the same at pizza hut. All the food that’s marketed is not what you get when you order, it’s a poor imitation. As always for some reason this place stubbornly refuses to use any utensils that’s not made up of paper.

Though there are different names for rice all rice are the same. Taste also not good.

Food is quite good but service is very bad. they didnt supply us cutleries and plates. I ate a cheese pizza at Moratuwa Dominos pizza. The service is very bad. Also they got over 15 minutes to give my order. the workers are lazy and late. I dont recommend dominos pizza.

Today 05th October evening at Kiribathgoda outlet I ordered a large pan pizza, intended to ho for Children’s day offer as per the published promotion. Free available lava cake, medium peperoni pizza and pepsi. But, countet girl told lava cake not available. They don’t have any alternatives for that. Further, i got small free pizza instead of Medium. This was the worst pizza experience I ever had.

We placed an oder at 6.31pm. After calling around 6.50, the driver asked us to come to the road to save his time. If we want to go on our own, we don’t have to order delivery. This is not the first time this has happened. Why do you keep drivers who don’t know how to talk to customers? After guaranteeing 30 minutes, asked the customer to come half way. What a crazy delivery. We are not in need of that type of delivery. so, we cancelled the oder. I am very disappointed with Dominos.

Worst foods and worst service I had ever in Sri Lanka. At least they haven’t enough stock to provide the services to their customers.
